World Women's Rights Day Illustration
For the brand LAV Turkey

At the end of the 1800s, blue socks were daily wear and black socks were a formal wear. Women's rights and freedoms were restricted by men. A group of women gathered by Elizabeth Montagu and Elizabeth Vesey, living in England, stood against the men by wearing their blue socks. Many women from many countries have defended women's rights in their own way over the years.
This illustration inspired by all powerful and free women around the world.
